He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Rafter and Michel Leblanc. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah, Zayden and Matteo; and his siblings, Steven Rafter, Selina Rafter, Michel Rafter, Robert Rafter and Harmony Dobbs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and extended family.

“It's been a year now and it's pretty obvious that January and February are gonna be hard months to get through when they come around. Even harder to cope with than usual.. way colder. Way more somber. I found myself thinking that today (January 16th) marked the date, but I guess I just miss you already. I hope you're still at peace, man. This next month I won't be, just for you.”
