He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Thomas and Hazel Thomas; and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his children, Heather (Cody Joe), Maegan, David Jr. (Jesse), Karyss, Brent, Brandon, Nicole, Alyssa and Kacey; his grandchildren, Royce, Liam, Lennon, Conley, Werrie and Aylah; and his siblings, Vicki, Scott (Virginia), Eileen, Sharon (James), Robert and Louis (Rachel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
