He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona; his children, Stephen Susan (late Georgette) and Nancy; his parents, Robert and Hilda; and his siblings, Robert, William, Velma and Joanne Monette.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Susan) and Robert; his grandchildren, Shawn (Kathy), Sandasha (Jamie), Scott (Lindsay), Shelly-Anne Vaughn (Marcel) and Alysha; and his cousin Christina. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
