He is survived by: his spouse Jo-Anne Godard (Primeau); his sons, Derrick Constantineau (Hélène Jubinville) and Denis Constantineau; his grandchildren, Damien and Marie-Nicole; his sisters, Rollande Lamarche (late Ronald) and Pauline Lamarche (Robert); his parent-in-law Shirley Primeau; and his siblings-in-law, Mike, Linda and Carol.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
