He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Bertrand and Aldeneige Bertrand; and his brothers, Vital and Leo-Paul. He is survived by: his sons, Jacques Bertrand (Christina) of Glen Walter and Daniel Bertrand (Sherri Selleck); his stepdaughters, Suzanne Menard of Cornwall and Huguette Jodoin of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Jacinthe, Daniel and Emily; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Victor and Heaven; and his sibling Roma Bertrand.

Due to covid restrictions a private.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
