She was predeceased by: her spouse Gilbert Ouellette; her parents, Wilfred Villeneuve and Azilda Villeneuve (Lascelle); and her siblings, Pat, Hubert, Patricia, Stella, Eva and Frances.

She is survived by: her children, Jacques of Almonte, Daniel (Joanne) of Brossard, Quebec, Viviane St-Denis (Jean-Paul) of Kemptville and Diane Beaubien (Leslie Peter) of Almonte; her sibling Rod Villeneuve of Cornwall; and her grandchildren, Jean-Philippe, Charles-Andre, Dominique, Nicholas, Mireille, Matthew and Zachari. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
