She was predeceased by: her husband Michel Filion; her parents, Edmond Stang and Laurette Stang; and her siblings, Pauline McPhail (late Gerry) and Maurice Stang.

She is survived by: her daughter Christine Bissonnette (Andrew); and her siblings, Paulette Schmidt (late George), Claudette Smith (late Ron), Jacqueline Litalien (late Denis), Diane Hartlin (late Roy), Micheline McLean (Tom), Richard Stang (Angele Givogue) and Jeanne Stang (Kirk Brown). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial Donations to Diabetes Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
