He is survived by: his wife Sally Wells (Miller); his children, Cole Wells (Mandy) and Kaitlyn Wells; his stepson Doug Miller; his parents, Terry Wells and Lorraine Wells (Cousineau); his sister Carrie Seguin (Richard); his niece Kristen Seguin (Nathan); his nephew Matthew Seguin (Sasha); his brother Paul Bazinet (Christine); his niece Chloe Bazinet; his godmother Sharon Taillon; his uncles, Peter (Lori) and Arthur (Sue); and his aunt Judy (John).
