She was predeceased by: her spouse Remy "Ray" Langlois; her parents, Charles Emery and Rose Emery; and her siblings, Jean MacDonald and Alec Emery.

She is survived by: her children, Monica McCool and Veronica Britton; her grandchildren, Ashley Harper (Jefferson) and Bryony McCool; her great grandchild Sawyer Harper; and her sisters, Sheila Molloy and Josephine Hindson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
