He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Leclerc; and his siblings, Rolland (late Evelyn), Jean (late Velma), Joanne Mulhern (Brian), Mabel Godbout (late Raoul) and Laurie Gillespie (late Mark).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Leclerc; his sons, Wayne (Myra) of British Columbia, Michael (Patricia) of Long Sault and Jeffrey (Sandra) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Cory (Sheena), Kelly, Linzi (Alex) and Riley; his great grandchild Gibson; his parent Rose Leclerc; and his siblings, Bob (Joyce), Louis (Eileen), Elmer (late Collette), Judith Duchesne (Pierre), Freda Fraser (Geo) and Jeannette Atmanshofer.
Chester passed away at St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre, Cornwall on Saturday May 5, 2018 at the age of 86, after a long battle with Alzheimer disease.
