He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Hicks and John Hicks; and his cousins, Pam and Rod. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Bradley; his stepchild Hayden Bradley; his stepfather Jack Chaulk; his siblings, Amanda Hicks and Paul Medeiros (Bella); and his friend Roger Snow. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
