He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Alguire (Stilinovch); his parents, Johiel Alguire and Susan Alguire (Quinn); and his granddaughter Jessica. He is survived by: his children, Marilyn St. Pierre (late Steve) of Kingston, Rick Alguire (Wendy) of Osnabruck, Dale Alguire (Shirley) of Newington and Terry Alguire (Jennifer) of Newington; and his sister Leona Hailey of Toronto. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

As exoressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
