He is survived by: his spouse Christa Elisabeth Kamenz; his children, Astrid Steele (Thomas), Gerald Kamenz (Heather) and Birgid MacCallum (Bruce); his grandchildren, Erika (Drew), Zoe, Lischa (Max), Hannah and Sheldon; and his great grandchildren, Heidi and Alice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
