He was predeceased by: his sisters, Amanda Oldrich (late Leticia Concepcion) and Trinidad Oldrich (late Richard); and his parents, Francisco Salazar and Teodorica Salazar. He is survived by: his spouse Zorayda Salazar; his children, Chito (Sharon), Tony (Joanne DeGuire), Amando, Frank (Lauretta Scanga), Norma (Sam Bell), Divina (Ameen Khan) and Merci (Paul Wallis); his daughter-in-law Tess Oliver; his grandchildren, Ara (Kevin), Hana (Chris), Nina, Sacha (Mel), Karell, Noah, Justin (Kayla), Stephanie (Trenholm), Jamal, Ayeisha, Kayleigh (Peter), Liam-Ethan and David; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jack, Jacob, Azalea, Aidan, Myla and Piper; his nephews, Charlie, Raymond (Tracy), Jojo and Christopher (Mae); and his siblings, Tata Griffiths and Virgina Griffiths (Ron).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
