We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 95, Bill Rankin (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rankin and Orpha Rankin; and his siblings, Camilla Roberts, Rhoda Markell, Marjorie Bourgon, Audrey Darling, Verna Franklin and Maurice Rankin.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rankin; his children, Debra Grignon (Alain) and Shelley MacRae (Murray); and his grandchildren, Sarah (Patrick), Rebecca (Luke), Ashley, Shannon (Jacques) and Courtney (Scott).
