She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGillis and Mabel McGillis (Denneny); and her siblings, Alan McGillis, George McGillis and Sharlene Tessier (James).

She is survived by: her significant other Henry Beek; her children, Kayla Boyd, Travis Boyd (Amber) and Chelsea Dumond; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Payton, Tehya, Haydin, Skyler, Addi and Lyric; and her siblings, Linda Kuno (Howard), Maggie McGillis, Irvin McGillis, Betty Lee McGillis (Marc Boileau) and Connie Barnard.
