We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2023, at the age of 85, Bernard J. Brunette Sr. of Cornwall, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marjory; his parents, Wilfrid Brunette and Bertha Brunette; and his siblings, Royal "Roy" Brunette, Jean-Paul Brunette, Maurice Brunette, Vital "Vic" Brunette, Jeannine Gratton, Therese Lepage and Jacqueline Sauve.
He is survived by: his children, Bernie Jr. “Bo-Bo” Brunette (late Gina) of Cornwall, Deborah McDonald (Adrian) of Akwesasne and Alan Brunette of Lanark; his grandchild Mose; and his siblings, Yvon Brunette, Dolores "Dolly" Kormanyos and Muriel Waito (Bob).
Bernie is resting at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall (613-938-3888) on Saturday December 30th, 2023 from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. followed by a service in the chapel at 11 A.M. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Sandfield Place Palliative Care.
