Bernadette Stang Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 85, Bernadette Stang of Cornwall, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son David Stang of Cornwall; her parents, Armand Poirier and Victoria Poirier; and her siblings, Walter Poirier (Joanne), Raymond Poirier (Marge) of Cornwall, Yvonne Lapierre (Gerard) of Cornwall, Laurier Poirier (Vivian) of Cornwall and Elizabeth "Betty" Stang (late Kelvin) of Cornwall.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Maurice Stang; her sons, Gregory Stang of Cornwall and Jody Stang of Cornwall; her grandchild Ashley Stang of Cornwall; and her siblings, Artel Poirier (Joyce) of Williamstown, Ursula of Cornwall and Wayne Poirier (late Donna) of Cornwall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In accordance with the Provincial Covid-19 regulations, all guests attending the visitation and the Funeral Mass are required to wear masks and maintain social distancing of 6 feet (2 meters).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
