It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil Alguire (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Alguire; his parents, Arthur Alguire and Annie Alguire; and his siblings, Kenneth Alguire (late Marie), Ruth Alguire (late Ross), Dorothy Waldroff (late Melvin), Shirley Moke (late Bruce) and Robert Alguire (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his children, Gwilda Rheault (late Gilbert), Rexford Alguire (Anne), Kent Alguire (late Lynne) and Trudy Riviere (Dean); and his friend Winona Johnston. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
