She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick James "Jim" Churchward; her parents, Gifford "Charles" Baker and Bertha Maud Baker; and her siblings, Dorothy (late Allen), Gifford, Pierson "Bill" (late Norma) and Percy.

She is survived by: her sons, James "Jim" Churchward (Anne Marie) and Ken Churchward (Beverley Vallis); and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Kenneth, Tristan and Karen.
