He is survived by: his children, Rhéal (Karen), George, Denis, Monique Pigeon (Raynald), Suzanne Valade and Laurette Valade; his grandchildren, Chantal, Stéphane, Michel, Corey, Mélanie, Amanda, Danièlle and Nathalie; and his sibling Annette Chretien (late Maurice).
