He was predeceased by: his father André Laplante; and his sister Jacqueline Laplante. He is survived by: his mother Yolanda Gabriele; his wife Ginette Loiselle Laplante; his children, Mario Laplante (Lana), Marcko Laplante and Pascale Laplante-Foley (Jason); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Pearson, Loran, Sara, Lawson, Parker and Grayson; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney, Raigan, Nolan, Cory and Lindsay; his great grandchild Sébastien; and his brother-in-law Michel Loiselle (Josée). He is also survived by sisters, his many nieces and nephews.
