She was predeceased by: her spouse Traian Mateiu; and her parents, Iosif Kasza and Erna Kasza. She is survived by: her daughter Otilia Strateneau; her son-in-law Victor Strateanu of Toronto; and her granddaughter Karina Strateanu of Cornwall.
