He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Racine and Marguerite Racine. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Racine; his children, James Racine (Lianne) and Laurie Racine (Guy Fontaine); his grandchildren, Keaten Racine, Dryden Racine, Brant Racine and Riley Primeau; his siblings, Daniel (Eveline), Joanne Groulx (Andy) and Colette Bazinet (Luc); his father-in-law John "Cubby" Leclair (late Margurite); and his sisters-in-law, Kim Terhorst (Andrew) and Margurite Renwick (Kelly).

As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
