He was predeceased by: his mother Toini Lafleur; his aunt Irene; his uncle Jim Saville; and his brothers, Peter and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Wuorinen; his children, Allan Jr. (Tammy), Michael (Kathy), Tammy McKeown (Daniel) and Elizabeth Koth (Dave); his grandchildren, Victoria, Ryan, Sydney, Samantha, Shannon, Benjamin, Emily and Jordyn; and his siblings, Judy, John (Linda), Rudy (Sheila) and Arthur (Karen). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
