She was predeceased by: her son Marvin (Paulette); her parents, Frank Rivais and Louisa Rivais; and her siblings, Aline Corelli (Emilio Shiner), Maurice Rivais (Phyllis), Leonard Rivais (Charmaine) and Pit Rivais.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Gerald Smith; her children, Susan Quinlan (Clark), Gordon (Karen Scott) and Darren (Diane); her grandchildren, Angela, Erin Smith, Ryan Degazio (Mia), Denika Degazio-Bursey (Scott), Krystal Groves-Jones (Stephen), Tricia Scott, Andrea, Tamara, Devin, Richelle Smith, Wade Smith and Brent Smith (Trista); and her sister-in-law Geraldine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
