She was predeceased by: her spouse Nil Desmarais; her son Guy; her parents, Louis Bénéteau and Lucy Bénéteau (Beaudoin); her siblings, Julien (Dolores), Florence Beaudoin (Ed), Marguerite Martin (Dick), Maria Desmarais (Gérard), Paul, Philippe (Mary-Lou) and Jean; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Giroux (Clifford), Roméo Desmarais (Yolande), Lorraine Giroux (Edward), Irene Paré (Léo) and Marcella Thibert (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Robert (late Joan), Pierre (Michel Allen) and Yvette; her great grandchildren, Aidan, Alice, Zayd, Malik, Conner and Paisley; her sister Lucille Henderson (late Ron); and her sister-in-law Angela Alexander (late Cliff).
