He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Boone and Jean Boone; his siblings, Walter, Otto and Elizabeth LeDrew (Dollie); and his siblings-in-law, Beverley Larder, Olive Boone, Fraser Rowe and Dennis Riche.

He is survived by: his friend Linda Boone; his daughters, Kerry Collins (John) and Dana Boone; his granddaughter Jada Collins; his siblings, Doug Boone (Ontario), Carol Rowe, Phyllis Riche (Aubrey Brenton) and Rosalyn Boone (John Landrigan); and his siblings-in-law, Ivan LeDrew, Derrick Atwill (Gloria Taylor) and Doreen Cahill Boone (Ontario). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Following COVID-19 restrictions, the family will receive visitors at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd., on Wednesday, January 20th and on Thursday, January 21st from 2PM-4PM & 7PM-9PM.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Doctor H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
