She was predeceased by: her sons, Van (Leslie) and Thom (Barbara); her siblings, Sonny Ribble, Connie Sherin and George Simpson; and her sister-in-law Pat Carollo.

She is survived by: her husband Ray; her children, George (Nancy) and Heather (Ian); her grandchildren, Natalie (Jeff), Ashley (Shaun), Matthew (Susan), Jennifer (Chris), Roger (Inhye), Tristan (Michelle), Cameron (Kya), Amelia (Scott), Stuart (Celia) and Jillian (Angus); her brother Allan; and her sister-in-law Nancy Simpson.
