He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith and Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Brad Parker (Darlene) and Bryan Parker (Danielle); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Olivia and Kosten; his sisters, Cathy Koebel (Gary) and Karen Parker of Ottawa; his mother-in-law Wilma King; and his brother-in-law Lorne King of Kitchener.
In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory would be greatly appreciated and can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
