He was predeceased by: his sister Lynn Pler. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Shelley) and Shelley (Rob Sydia); his son-in-law Richard Wismer; his grandchildren, Madison (Adam), Sydney (Cy) and Isabella; his siblings, Kyle (Barbara), Armand (Maria), Lindsay (Dottye) and Birdie Coutts (Ian); and his siblings-in-law, Alex Pler, Wendy Redman (John) and Kathy Kelly.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Elizabeth Health Care Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
