He was predeceased by: his child Shawn (Kim Barber); his parents, Donald Barber and Marjorie Barber; his mother-in-law Madelaine Monteith; and his brothers-in-law, Scott Monteith and Bruce Monteith.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughter Jennifer (Bill Brown); his grandchildren, Tessa, Marnie, Lauren, Raven (Joe Sampson), Raine Dow (Jake) and Revill; his great grandchild Jameson; his siblings, Terry (Cathy), Gary "Tub" Barber (Patty) and Patrese; and his brother-in-law Dick Spruyt.
As an expression of sympathy donations in Wayne's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Georgian Triangle Humane Society or Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House.
