He was predeceased by: his brother Earl Holt. He is survived by: his significant other Susan Hart (Smith) of Collingwood; his daughter Jennifer Hart of Toronto; his siblings, Dayle, Dave Roberts and Janet; and his brother-in-law Ross Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
