He was predeceased by: his father Jim. He is survived by: his children, Hailey (Dave) and Austin; his mother Lynda; his mother-in-law Carolyn (Lou); his sister Andrea (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Julie (James) and Jeff (Polly); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Sam, Daniel, Sydney, Liam, Maddy, Mason and Mila. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
