He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Heavens. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Heavens (Cassey) and Michelle Catterall (Kevin); his grandchildren, Gryphon, Skyler and Ember; his parents, David Heavens and Rita Heavens; and his aunts, Rose and Pam.
