She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jançsi" Lovrics. She is survived by: her brother Roger Lobe; her children, Krista (Rob), Roger and Nicole (Craig); and her grandchildren, Xavier, Rowan, Alexandria, Avie, Charli and Silkie. She is also survived by her husband died, she raised her young children as a single mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sonja's name to the Campbell House Hospice or Georgian Triangle Humane Society.
