He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack and Florene. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Edwards; his children, Charlie and Michael; his stepchildren, Eric and Emily; his brother Michael (Jennifer); and his nephews, Anthony and Zach.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Scott's name to the Georgian & Marine Hospital Dialysis Unit.
