She was predeceased by: her grandson Kenneth Maginn; and her parents, Walter Griffiths and Annie Griffiths. She is survived by: her husband William 'Bill Schwass; her children, Debbie Wilson (Doug Maginn), Brenda Wilson-Mazaris and Billy Wilson (Kim Baldry); her grandchildren, Holly Maginn, Austin Mazaris and Austin Baldry; her great grandchildren, Maleishia, Mercedies Maginn and Athena Maginn-Busher; her stepdaughters, Cindy Kuenzig, Sue Saul (Cam), Alison, Stephanie, Ashlyn, Danielle and Amelia; and her siblings, Carolyn Knetsch (Fred), Gale Reynolds (Bill), Jim Griffiths and Pam Chowinski.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Kidney Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
