He was predeceased by: his grandson Rudy; his siblings, Beverly, Tom (Bud) and John (Jack); and his parents, Gladys Attwood and Joseph Attwood.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rugman; his stepdaughters, Charity Dobbs (Trevor) and Nicole Frankcom (Mike); his grandchildren, Alexia, Stephanie and Carrie-ann; and his sisters, Joan, Shirley and Linda (Russell). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
