She was predeceased by: her daughter Rhonda; her parents, John Alderson and Melina Alderson; and her siblings, Babs Mulner, Norman, Roy, Chip and Pewe Alderson.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Desjardins; her children, Lori (Moses), Peggy Gougeon (Curt), Darrin (Aline), Barb Penton (Mike), Christine Carriere (John), Barry (Marcella) and Kenny Desjardins; and her sisters, Shirley and Maggie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
