With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Wright of Collingwood, Ontario, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryant Langmuir and Alice Langmuir; her sister Alice Langmuir Sweet; and her brothers-in-law, Waldo Sweet and Bernard Koster.
She is survived by: her husband David Fleming Wright; her siblings, Bryant Langmuir and Noni Langmuir Koster; her sister-in-law Lyndy Wright Heggie; her children, David Langmuir Wright (Marjorie Ferguson Wright) and Alexandra Elling (Richard David); and her grandchildren, Fanny' of Isabella and Christina Elling.
