She was predeceased by: her parents, Wenceslas Fernandes and Rose Fernandes. She is survived by: her husband Mel D'Souza; her daughters, Helen D'Souza and Gillian Yeates (Richard); and her nephews, Alfred and Frank (Sylvia). She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in her memory.
