He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Chartier and Amie Chartier; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his siblings, Dave, Anita and Tammy; his nieces and nephews, Nikki, Shaina, Chylene, Kristy, Tristian, Brian and Josh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aurora, Kiera, Jackson, Alexander and Everest; and his adoptive daughter Jennifer.
