She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary "Minnie" Jean and Wilbert Vickers Foreman; and her husband Dr. H. Ovas Wagg. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Brice Clements; and her children, Candace Manchee, Stephanie Patty (Jim), Michael Wagg (Wendy Phillips) and Patricia Wagg.
