She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Sheffield; her siblings, Courtney Lowe, Ruby Davis, Arthur Lowe, Iris Trent and Violet Wulckow; and her parents, Joseph Lowe and Evelyn Lowe.

She is survived by: her children, Lorraine, Frank Jr. (Valerie), Vincent (Dominic), Eunice (Hossein), Leonard, Raymond (Belinda) and Reginald (Julia); her grandchildren, Sara (Darcy), Layla, Richard, Daniel, Quinn, Kobe, Ava, Isaiah, Nathaniel, Monique, Emma and Noah; her great grandchildren, Margaret, Mabel and Ella; and her siblings, Joyce Reid (Long Island) and Vincent Lowe (Toronto).
