He was predeceased by: his son Lance Johnson; his parents, Jack Johnson and Leila Johnson; and his sister Marjorie Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Kimberley Bale (Owen) and Jack Johnson Jr. (Karen); his grandchildren, Blair Rowbotham (Megan), Jacqueline Judges (Richard), Shawna Hobbs (Matt), Nicole Balasiuk (Will) and Kyle Johnson; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Izzy Rowbotham; and his siblings, Gail Synnott (Ray), Wanda Saraceni, Guyrene Johnson and George Johnson (Barb).
