With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Middlebrook (Collingwood, Ontario), who passed away on July 5, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dalton; and her siblings, Ross, Nelson, Wilfred, Ronald, Verena and Alma.

She is survived by: her children, Earl (Laura), Dennis and Sandra Rowe (Wayne); her grandchildren, Shannon, Lisa (Sal), Garrett (Liz) and Linda; and her great grandchildren, Reilly, Jordyn and Charlotte.

Due to covid restrictions attendance at the service is limited, please use the funeral home website to RSVP.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John's United Church, Creemore Union Cemetery or St. John's UCW.
