She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Siddall and Hazel Hartt; and her sister Linda Blaney. She is survived by: her close friend Charles Robert Simmons (Bob); her son Trevor Henderson (Claudette Martin); her stepchildren, David Simmons (Vanessa) and Peggy-Jane Shields (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Neil, Elinor Henderson, Dax, Alessa Simmons, Carson and Rylan Shields.

In memory of Gail, donations can be made to Hospice Huronia Tomkins House.
