She was predeceased by: her husband William Coutts. She is survived by: her daughters, Gwen, Tjart, Norma Hart (James) and Cheryl Coutts; her grandchildren, Matthew (Kristi), Erin (Dave), Josh (Hillary), Erica, Kyle and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Lyla, Isabelle, Greyson and Ira.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy's name to Hospice Simcoe.
