Barbara Currie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Currie (Collingwood, Ontario), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Morris and Bertha Morris; and also, Alf, Ralph (Edith), Doug (Beverly), Gordon Morris (Irene), Dorothy Burns (Basil) and Lorne Currie (Patsy).

She is survived by: her sons, Alvin (Virginia) and Neil (Nancy); her grandchildren, Chris (Candice), Mike (Deb) and Julie (Tony); her great grandchildren, Gerald, Jenna, Henry, Brynne, Georgia and Kendra; her sister-in-law Kay Morris; and her husband Edgar. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Barb can be made to Campbell House, Trinity United Church (please contact the funeral home) or the Cancer Society if desired.
